Laura is a London based creative dance artist and dance teacher, with a BA Hons degree in Contemporary Dance & Choreography. She has performed all over the UK and Europe as a performance artist, and in 2010, she co-founded The Meyer Dancers, a 1960's and 1970’s Go-Go Dance company.

Laura has a vast CV of performance experience within TMD including appearances on ITV, the V&A Museum and in films directed by Woody Harrelson and John Ridley. She also runs popular 1960's Go-Go dancing courses and workshops.

Laura founded Rising Soul Dance after a health crash & transformation in 2014 - remembering how natural dance can heal the body on all levels. From here, it is her mission to inspire as many people as she can to dance into their light. She fuses her background of contemporary dance techniques with energy work to make a unique offering of dance available to everyone.

Laura describes herself as a die hard music lover, and adores the bygone eras - in particular the 60s and 70s styles!
